Scheduled lesson time represents the allocated duration for instruction and collaboration.
Respecting Others' Time: Punctuality is not only a sign of commitment but also a demonstration of respect for the teacher’s time and the learning environment.
Grace Period: A grace period of 5 minutes can be granted to accommodate unforeseen delays. However, due to the back-to-back nature of scheduling lessons, this may not always be possible.
No Automatic Extensions or Makeups: Students arriving beyond the grace period will not automatically receive an extension for the lesson due to the back-to-back scheduling. Additionally, makeup sessions for missed time will not be granted. It is imperative to prioritize punctuality as you are accountable for managing your own time.
Preparation: All students’ are expected to have all appropriate materials required by the teacher.
-
Makeup credits are available only for lessons canceled by the teacher or student. They are not provided during studio closures for breaks or holidays. Lessons can only be scheduled during designated open hours to maintain an organized schedule for all students.
Cancellations by students:
With 24 or more hours of notice will be eligible for makeup lessons.
Within 24 hours of the lesson time will not be eligible for makeup lessons.
Cancellations by teacher will automatically qualify for makeup credit.
With prior communication, the student & instructor may choose to switch an in-person lesson to online as long as both parties have communicated the arrangement. These changes can be made the day of the lesson!
No-shows: If you are 15 or more minutes late to your lessons, it will automatically be considered a no-show and will not qualify for a refund or makeup lesson.
All makeup lesson credits will expire by the end of the year.
If you wish to pause or discontinue lessons, please use the contact form below to and submit your required 30-day notice.

Summer Hold (JUNE, JULY, AUGUST):
